bill of rightsThe Human Rights Consortium is asking people to participate in the government’s consultation on a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland.

A Bill of Rights will put people first! It will guarantee better protection under the law for everyone in Northern Ireland and will make the government accountable for any failure to protect peoples rights.

We don’t have a Bill of Rights! Under the Agreement, we should have one. A Bill of Rights would help build a better future for everyone by setting out the rights we want to respect and protect for one another.

Have your say! The government is holding a public consultation, which is all our chance to have our say on the future of Northern Ireland and make the Bill a reality.

    1. The irony is, that we’d be much closer to having a Bill of Rights if it wasn’t for the people behind this petition!

    2. They lost their chance, the blew it bigtime. So forget it until they extend the definition of a human to cover us all from conseption to the grave.

If they still follow Monica who considers this “inappropriate” then so are the commissioners.
