Why You Need A Raised Office Floor

Raised access floor refers to the floor to be built on top of another floor to hide things like cable. The reason that this type of flooring is very popular is the fact that it serves to secure places such as server space, where there are cables all over the place, but where people need to work and stay safe.

‘Raised floor’ (Also known as ‘พื้นยก’ in the Thai language) is a false floor of sorts that allows access to the bottom with little or no mess and fuss. Usually, there are only panels that can be removed and then replaced when the job is done.

Cables can be hidden there and it is also a great place to have a heating and cooling system that will allow for better temperature distribution and comfort throughout the office.

We all know that the office is a better environment for everyone with proper air circulation. This can all be located under the floor as well, allowing for the bad air to be sucked out when the fresh air is pumped in a continuous cycle.

Moreover, the choice of flooring can be anything you can think of, even the tiles that look like concrete or other hard materials are strong, all with a little secret – the tiles can be removed for access under the floor and then relaid like nothing had happened.

Raised floor office is the way of the future, even with more and more things that are wireless, there will always be a need to hide or two wires, even if it is becoming less and less visible.
